If your child does not attend school for two or more days in a row, we are required to have something in writing on file. If it's due to illness a medical certificate is accepted, otherwise an email (to admin@stjk.catholic.edu.au) or letter is required. For family holidays during school term of two days or more, an application form is required by legislation - it must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the leave commencing. This form can be downloaded from SZapp or collected from the Front Office.
