A few reminders to ensure students return to school in correct uniform as this supports a positive start to the term and reinforces our shared commitment to high standards.

• The first 2 weeks we provide flexibility as the weather changes to wear either Summer OR Winter uniform (NB: Uniforms cannot be mixed, it must be either the Winter or Summer uniform in its entirety).
• Hats are required most days.
• Hair – All shoulder length hair needs to be neatly tied back with school colours blue, yellow and white. Please ensure hair ties, headbands, accessories and ribbons are in keeping with the uniform standards (ie keeping uniform as rather than a statement). Razor cuts, patterns cut into hair, long mullets are not permitted.
• Coloured nail polish is not to be worn
• Jewellery - earrings must be either plain sleepers or studs and a simple chain with a religious symbol can be worn. No other fashion jewellery.
• All uniform items other than footwear must be purchased from Vinnies at Hawthorn, or our second-hand uniforms to ensure uniformity of colour/style/fabric. This is particularly regarding formal shorts as there are some non-uniform styles and shades in the yard. Please ensure you make time in the upcoming holidays to visit Vinnies and purchase new uniform items if needed
• Black shoes only with formal uniform, no sneakers
• Sneakers with PE uniform are predominantly black, white or dark navy with no fluro colours
• Please check clothing and hats are clearly named as it greatly assists with them finding their way back if misplaced.
