We appreciate all the families who have returned their forms already. For those who haven't, please help us ensure we are able to best care for your child by returning the St Joseph's Medical & Health Information form ASAP.

Other important items to note:

• If your child does not attend school for three or more days in a row, we are required to have something in writing on file. If it’s due to illness a medical certificate is accepted, otherwise an email (to admin@stjk.catholic.edu.au) or letter is required
• If your child has asthma or anaphylaxis we are required to have a current (2019) Medical Action Plan from your GP (as well as relevant, in date medication)
• Any students arriving after 9am or being collected before 3.10pm need to be signed in/out through the iPad in the front office
• Banking Day is Friday. Please ensure bank books are to the Front Office by 9am to ensure our volunteers can bank the funds
