ASO INCURSION
On Wednesday of Week 4 all students sat in the church while the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra played some songs for us. If we knew the words we were be able to sing along. There were lots of instruments being played like: those from The Percussion Family, The String’s Family, The WoodWinds Family and The Brass Family. There Was also a man who was the conductor and a lady who was the lead singer. During the session we all started to make a rap about going to get Ice Cream as a little treat. At the end of the session everybody in the school sang the finale. While we were singing the finale song the lady made everybody do song actions to the beat like: click our fingers, clap our hands, stomp our feet and wave our hands to the beat. We all thoroughly enjoyed this incursion and the best part was that we were able to be actively involved throughout the session.
