Hi all,

I cannot believe that my time at St Joseph’s is coming to an end next week. How time flies when you are having fun and I certainly have. I considered it an absolute pleasure and gift to have been welcomed so warmly into this community by the staff, students and so many parents and families.

What has impressed me the strongly is what a dynamic and creative learning space St Joseph’s is. You have an amazing music program that encourages creativity, participation and learning new instruments. The opportunity for your children to be involved in so many sporting teams and events is to be commended. Finally, the learning spaces both indoors and outside are exciting and the children are wanting to spend time in them to explore, create and learn. I will certainly be taking some images back to my ‘other’ school as we start planning to revitalise our learning spaces. You have inspired me!

As you would know one of the best strategies in supporting strong mental health and positive wellbeing is to have a positive mindset and to also express gratitude for what and who we have in our lives. I am grateful for the opportunity that I have been given to be here this term and I extend a heartfelt thank you for including me in your story – even if it was only for a short time.
