2021 SCHOOL FEES

Thank you to all those families who have finalised their 2021 fees. Please  email finance@stjk.catholic.edu.au if you need to discuss any outstanding amounts.

2022 FEE AGREEMENT FORMS

The 2022 Fee Agreement Form and paperwork is now available on SZAPP and should be completed this week. Even if you are continuing with the same payment option in 2022 please complete the new authorisation. Remember our fee structure includes a Low Fee option and we encourage any family that is facing financial challenges to make contact to discuss their individual situation.  

OSHC ACCOUNTS are processed  2 weeks after the care is actually used, once the Child Care Subsidy has been deducted.
Please pay these accounts promptly so 2021 balances can be finalised. You can pay easily via Qkr!.

MACBOOKS  – we will have a number of Macbooks for sale in January. 

Staff Macbook Pro  2017  256G X 17       $450 each
Student Macbook Air 2015 128G X 30     $200 each 

All the Macs FOR SALE will be wiped so if you purchase one you will be starting from scratch and have to add Office Etc.

Our IT Support person will prioritise preparing the new Macs for our 2022 Year 5/6 students so the old ones will not be available till Late Jan.

If you agree to buy the device then we take no responsibility for any issues. The devices will no longer be supported.

If you are interested in purchasing a Mac then please email finance@stjk.catholic.edu.au specifying which you are interested in. You will be placed on a list and contacted when the device is available.
Payment and collection will then be arranged.

2022 Year 5/6 Students will collect their new devices in Week 1 of school, after attending the Cyber Safety session.

Payment of the $220  Device charge will be required prior to collection. Further details about this will be available in the new year.

Students will be asked to provide their own 13” Hard Case for protection of the device and easy identification. A possible Christmas present?!
