She is internationally recognized for her unique work in translating the scientific research of neuroscientists and psychologists to the everyday parent, teacher and student. Dr Anita Collins also starred alongside Guy Sebastian in the ABC Series "Don't Stop The Music". 

Dr Anita Collin's talk for Mercedes College and St Joseph's Kingswood families will focus on why music is important, and the benefits of music and the brain.
