A warm welcome to term 2 from the P&F. We have a very exciting term ahead with lots on our social calendar!

Last term we had a great turn out for our annual ‘Beers for Dads’ at the Ed Mitcham. From all reports it was a fantastic night - with many beers and Dad chats shared. This term its the Mums turn with the ‘Champagnes for Mums’ happening on Friday 17th May at the Parkside Hotel. All Mums across the school our welcome to come and have a champagne and some nibbles and celebrate what a great school community we have.

Last term we also ran the highly successful Kytons Hot Cross Bun and Lamington Drive. Thank you to all those who got involved and to all the helpers who made the drive so successful. Through everyone’s orders we were able to continue closer to the upgrade of the playground.

This week we ran another successful Second Hand Uniform Pop Up Shop. The rain didn’t stop the event being a great success and a lot of fun. It proved to be a great opportunity to pick up some much needed winter uniform items at a bargain price. A special thank you to Lucy Sach for all her hard work and efforts running the second hand uniforms so smoothly.

The highly anticipated student School Disco is happening in week 9 of this term -  Friday 28th June and is set to be a wonderful night with lots of surprises for the kids. Details on ticket sales to be released shortly.

Our first P&F catch-up for term 2 is being held at 9am on Friday 17th May (weather permitting) under the verandah, near Coffee Connect. Please join us to discuss the Disco and other events coming up this year. If out of school hours is better for you, the P&F will also be meeting on Wednesday 12th June in the evening - more details to follow on that.
