Can you believe it’s nearly that time of year for Vacation Care!? Be quick to book your children in as we have limited places available some days.

We have two Student Free Days (SFD) on Thursday 14^th December and Friday 15^th December.  To access bookings for these days, use the drop-down box for SFD days in Fully Booked. 

Dates for our Vacation Care Program

• Monday 18^th December - Friday 22^nd December
• Monday 15^th January - Friday 19^th January 2024
• Monday 22^nd - Thursday 25^th January 2024

Just reminding everyone it is compulsory to have a wide brimmed hat in ASC and Vacation Care.  Baseball caps are not acceptable.  If your child does not bring a hat or brings a baseball cap, we will issue them with one.  You are welcome to supply your child with a hat that we can keep in our hat bag with their name on it. 

Hats

Starting in 2024 we will be issuing all students with a named yellow hat for Vacation Care so we are looking forward to doing this and we will keep them safe in the hall. Until then, please ensure your child arrives at OSHC or vacation care with a sun-safe hat, not a baseball cap. If they do have a cap, we will provide them a wide-brimmed hat.

Reminders

Please note that if your child/ren will not be attending a regular session, even if they are sick, please ensure you update the booking Fully Booked. Refer to policies regarding fees incurred and cut-offs for late bookings and late cancellations.

Also a reminder to let Centrelink know your estimated income for the financial year via the mygov portal as this is a requirement to keep getting your CCS.
